		<description>I hope I saw this post in time for you.  You should fight.  Most of the people trying to help you don&#039;t know what they are doing.  Talk to a lawyer.  If the lender is indeed BOA, there is a good possibility that you don&#039;t owe them money but actually owe it to someone else.</description>

		<description>We have closed our Bank of America accounts in disgust but are still facing foreclosure having spent two years in the making home affordable/loan modification fiasco. Even going through Lighthouse of Oakland County, who try to help people in our position, was unsuccessful.
